Work

As much as I love to ride my bike and breathing in the fresh cool morning air. As much as I appreciate exercising and the internal feeling of being healthy. There are some days when all it is is WORK. Work in a very physical sense where: Work equals force multiplied by distance. Every pedal stroke, every pebble bump, every hill climb and coast down... Work Work Work

These are called plateaus I believe. They come and go and last for varying durations each time they visit.

At there worst they scream to us, "I't's too much work, it's not worth it".

At their best, they last no more than a couple days.

Most of the time, they are somewhere in the middle.

The spiritual metaphor is when bad things happen to good people. We still believe, even though our faith is tested.

I was out on the bike and my legs were dead. It had been a very long day. Push push push.... had to keep moving.
