When I try to explain my love for Disney and my desire to work at WDW someday, I say that it is not about the rides, shows or attractions. It is about their customer service. About how cast members truly want to be there for the guests. It's about how they put others first.

Truth be told, this would never happen if everyone was a Disney person. We'd figure out the most effective system without saying a word.
Have experienced this first hand, over and over and over.
It's about how can we be nice, keep things moving, and deal with a tough situation simultaneously.
Love your post's message.
Thank you jeff.
