When do the words "just 3 to 6 inches..." seem like a dusting?

Just heard this on the news: "Just 3 to 6 inches today."

Just 3 to 6... Three is not much. Six is just peaking the sizable radar and schools might close. But it's a dusting when compared to the 18+ due to arrive on tomorrow.

It's New England. It snows here. Usually not this much, but it goes with the territory. What about the rest of the country not use to snow, or worse, ice?

To our Texas family and friends scattered across the south and south east -- go carefully.

Quote from Spark People this morning: Friends are precious, not just in the sunshine of life, but especially in the shade.

Love the shade a palm tree casts... forcast is 80 degrees today. We'll need some shade.

Warm weather, 80 degrees -- what is that? The bright side to all this winter is the snowshoeing.

Enjoy the day!
