In a previous post I mentioned new fangled weight loss approaches via freezing or electrocution. Well add hypothermia to the list.
On a recent daytime morning show, the author of another weight loss book, said weight lose is promoted by soaking in a cold bath for as long as you can stand it. The author, a man, said it made sense. The cold kicks up your metabolism as your core temperature cools.
Ah, no thanks... I hate being cold (period).
