Light Dawns on Marblehead?

No real secret or ah ha moment associated with losing the three. No real push to exercise more than I already have been. Just tracking what I'm eating and avoiding highly processed and foods high in salt. No silver bullet; no pills. No losing 40 lbs in 2 weeks. Looking at 1 pound a week. Slow and steady.

Patty, the down time from surgery has revealed a stunning insight. The slow (painfully slow) journey 14 years ago facilitated a 14-year stretch of incredible health.

And not exercising for a month seems to put it all at risk.

We don't know what we have until it's gone.

So the blessing in the fall from grace (or activity in this case) is the revelation of common sense - count every blessing.

Keep moving forward and keep inspiring yourself.

Only the inspired can inspire.

Back at WDW last night.

Patty, it was a fantastic vacation on so many levels. To be an example is perhaps what we are called to do.

Enjoy your second vacation and second opportunity to be an example. :)

PS. Sorry for the dupe comment.
