Photo from the vigil

Being the blog master for our group has its advantages. Like being able to see other people's images. Like this one taken by our Director during the overnight vigil.

See the person with rubber prayer bracelets on her wrists, covered in the blue rain poncho, holding an umbrella? C'est moi. I recognized me by the bracelets. It was a night to always remember.

Especially since the Pope was advised to leave, as there was no cover for him to take shelter under. He said, No -- that he would wait out the storm and resume the service.

It sure was worth carrying those ponchos. A photo is worth a thousand words...it has been wonderful to share in your pilgrimage...love, M&D
