Moving Forward

I made a billing mistake.
It was discovered by a customer.
I owned it.
My process was reviewed over a firm discussion.
Changes suggested and will be implemented.
Growth happens.
Moving forward.
And it's okay.

Today starts my second year at work.

Let he/she that has not sinned cast the first stone.

Life is full of imperfections.

What it's not full of is forgiveness.

Hope you have forgiven yourself and will promptly move on.

Crazy thought. Some sort of thank you gift (apology too maybe) for bringing the situation to your attention.

Have an awesome Thursday.

Good Morning jeff

There was a time very recently when I would not have forgiven myself. But forgiveness came quickly, showing growth on my part, even at 53. It was a mistake. Honestly. The boss and I talked. Yes he was angry. Thankfully he didn't lose money. Not did we unlawfully gain some. He suggested changes. And I accepted them. We move forward.

Today starts my second year at my job. Looking forward to a bright new day.

And the boss got a thank you card and gift from me yesterday for my first year of employment. I think implementing his suggestions and striving for error free work (who doesn't) will have to do for today. :-)

Have a Magical Day.

Well done Patty - growth, opportunity, perspective, etc - well done.

Thank you jeff.

I do indeed love this job, and I have grown so much over the past year because of it. Thankfully.

We move freight all over the country. But surprisingly my biggest customer is the Boss. As I strive to keep this office moving forward on an even and positive keel.
