In Australia in 2008 a rag tag group of youth from Framingham taught crowds upon crowds (mainly Germans) of pilgrims (There were 100 people participating in one round.) the ice breaker "Pony." They had learned it from some youth hailing from Pennsylvania, and now they were passing it along.
Flash forward to 2011, just about three weeks ago, and I'm standing in line outside of the Prado Museum. And what are the youth doing: The Pony, and they are German.
It was a small gesture, a harmless game... but it stuck.
What small gestures are you passing on today? Interesting or Scary? You choose.

(Positive) seemingly insignificant gestures can cause a far-reaching ripple effect.
