For dinner on Saturday, 5PM okay with you beer chilled at 36 degrees and the wine chilled at 45 degrees. I am thinking squid for an appi, with large prawns, NY Strip steak Med. rare twice baked potatoes and if you want some veggies that would be fine too. Hey, what about a nice cheescake also?
