Yesterday, faced with a full day of commitments I mentally commented that another day added to the weekend would be nice. Eleven hours later I was calling into work a sick day for Monday. My little one has a fever of 102. We will be home together; resting.

Thanks for the well wishes. Dr confirmed: No strep; Thank God. A virus which will run it's course. We loaded up on favorite sugary drinks allowed only on such occassions to wash out virus particles.
